Follow these dosage instructions:

Missed Dose
If you miss a dose, make sure to take it as soon as possible the same day. If you don’t remember missing the dose, don’t double it. Consult your doctor on how to adjust the missing doses.
How To Use
Take the medicine daily, with or without food as your doctor has recommended. Take the medication regularly and simultaneously each day to get the most benefit from it.
When Not to Use
Mecobalamin is contraindicated in patients who are hypersensitive to this drug or any component of this product or other B12 containing products.

Mecobalamin is generally well tolerated. However, a few side effects may be seen such as:

Precautions & Warnings
Follow these precautions and warnings before starting the medication:
Talk to your doctor if you have any allergic reaction or known hypersensitivity to any medicine components.
If you are pregnant or a lactating mother, talk to your doctor before using this medicine.
Tell your doctor if you ever had Lever’s disease or other form of optic nerve damage.
Tell your doctor if you have iron or folic acid deficiency.
If you don’t find satisfactory results of Mecobalamin for the treatment of anemia or Vitamin B12 deficiencies for at least 12 months, talk to your doctor.
